Apple Crisp

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Spread evenly in a square pan, 8X8X2 inches:
4 cups pared sliced granny smith apples

Sprinkle with:
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

With fork blend until crumbly:
1 cup sugar
3/4 all purpose flour
1/3 cup soft margarine

Sprinkle crumb mixture over apples.

Bake, uncovered about 40 minutes.
